CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND ALTERNATE AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Soundwill Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Tam Chong Cheong Aaron ("Mr. Tam") has tendered his resignation as company secretary of the Company (the "Company Secretary") and alternate authorised representative of the Company (the "Alternate Authorised Representative") to Ms. Chan Wai Ling, an executive director of the Company, with effect from 26 January 2017.

Mr. Tam has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there are no circumstances in relation to his resignation which needs to be brought to the attention of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited or the shareholders of the Company.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Tang So Him ("Ms. Tang") has been appointed as the Company Secretary and the Alternate Authorised Representative to Ms. Chan Wai Ling, an executive director of the Company, with effect from 26 January 2017. Ms. Tang is an associate member of both the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She has extensive professional experience in company secretarial practice.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Tam for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service and also extend its warmest welcome to Ms. Tang on her new appointment.
