Southern Energy Holdings Group Limited Announces Resignation of Fu Lui as Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee

The board of directors of Southern Energy Holdings Group Limited announced that Mr. Fu Lui has resigned as an independent non-executive Director ("INED") and the chairman of the audit committee of the Company with effect from 15 August 2019 due to his other work commitments.
