VTB Bank (public joint-stock company) (LSE:VTBR) acquired 13.3% stake in Public Joint-Stock Company SPB Exchange (MISX:SPBE) on November 22, 2201. The Bank owns 10.7% stake through LLC "BusinessFinance" (direct control of VTB), LLC Holding VTB Capital AI Bi (indirect control of VTB), JSC VTB Capital (indirect control of VTB), JSC Holding VTB Capital (direct control of VTB), VTB Capital plc. (indirect control of VTB).
