Black Bear Transmission LLC completed the acquisition of Ozark Gas Transmission, L.L.C. and Ozark Gas Gathering, L.L.C. from Spectra Energy Partners, LP for approximately $43 million on April 1, 2020. The consideration is subject to customary closing adjustments.
