On February 28, the Company communicated via a press release the year-end report for the financial year 2022.

The annual report for the year 2022 deviates from the previously submitted year-end report and differs in that the parent company has made an impairment of the company's book value of shares in subsidiaries and associated companies as of December 31, 2022 by SEK 53 million. The impairment ("nedskrivning") is done for precautionary reasons in consideration of the prevailing general bad business climate in the world and as an adjustment to the stock market's valuation of the group as a whole. The impairment does not affect the consolidated accounts, and the board also wishes to underline that it does not affect the board's view of the group's operations or the potential the board sees in the group's technology and products.

In order to be able to settle the loan amounting to SEK 30 million which can originally be derived from the cash part of the acquisition of ObservIT AB, the board has secured this financing with a loan guarantee for the corresponding amount on at least as favorable terms as the current loan and with a maturity date of 31 December 2024 at the earliest as further described in the Annual Report.
