Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc (LSE:SPX) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cotopaxi Limited from Business-intelligence of Oriental Nations Corporation Ltd. (SZSE:300166) for £13.3 million on January 24, 2022. As per the transaction, consideration is £13.3 million, in which £12.8 million is on a cash and debt free basis. The transaction will be funded from cash resources.
As a part of the transaction, Cotopaxi Limited's team will join Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc.
