Spirits Time International, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced operating loss was USD 20,529 compared to USD 49,583 a year ago. Net loss was USD 45,673 compared to USD 70,430 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.01 compared to USD 0.01 a year ago. For the half year, operating loss was USD 35,733 compared to USD 85,566 a year ago. Net loss was USD 91,914 compared to USD 127,093 a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was USD 0.01 compared to USD 0.02 a year ago.
Spirits Time International, Inc. is engaged in developing a portfolio of beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) product brands and in distributing and marketing beverage products nationally and internationally. Its first product is the Tequila Alebrijes brand of tequila. The Company has obtained the trademark for this brand and the rights to market and distribute Tequila Alebrijes products. The Company intends to acquire brand and marketing rights for beverage products and thereafter commercialize its products either directly by selling to retailers and point of sale locations or through brand management agreements and/or distribution agreements with other companies involved in the beverage distribution business. Its tequila is available in three styles: tequila blanco, tequila reposado, and tequila anejo. The Companyâs product is offered in a 750-milliliter (ML) bottle size and has an approximately 40% alcohol percentage.
