Colin Andrew, Sunward's Recently Appointed CEO, Joins the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Sunward Resources Ltd. (the "Company" or "Sunward") (TSX-V: SWD) is pleased to announce that Mr. Colin John Andrew, Sunward's recently appointed Chief Executive Officer, has joined the Board of Directors effective May 31, 2011. At the same time, the Board received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Michel Juilland, who had been a Director since September 8, 2010.
