STAGECOACH GROUP PLC Stagecoach Group plc (the "Company") makes the following notification under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
The Company was notified on 6 October 2014, that the following person discharging managerial responsibility, or their connected persons, received ordinary shares of 125/228th pence each in respect of the reinvestment into shares of the interim dividend paid to shareholders on 1 October 2014 through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRIP).
The purchase price was 366.37p per share.
