Star Yield Managers Trust Stock

Star Yield Managers Trust, formerly Star Yield Managers Class, (the Fund) is a closed-end fund. The Fund provides investors with distributions and the opportunity for capital appreciation through investment in the Dynamic Portfolio, the Signature Portfolio and the Aston Hill Portfolio. The Dynamic Portfolio consists of Class O Units of the Dynamic Global Infrastructure Fund and Dynamic Global Real Estate Fund (collectively, the Dynamic Funds). The Signature Portfolio consists of Class I Units of the Signature Diversified Yield Fund (Signature Fund) designed for high net worth or institutional investors. The Aston Hill Portfolio consists of global high yield securities, with flexibility to invest in preferred shares, convertible debt and other income-producing securities. BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. is the administrator of the Fund.
