Best Discovery International Limited agreed to acquire a 29.9% stake in Aoyuan Healthy Life Group Company Limited (SEHK:3662) from MainTrend Capital for approximately HKD 260 million on February 16, 2023. Under the terms, Best Discovery will acquire 217 million shares will be acquired at a price of HKD 1.179 per share in cash.
