Leggenda Srl entered in agreement to acquire business branch in Florence from Stefanel S.p.A. (BIT:STEF) for €2.5 million on October 16, 2017. The transaction is expected to complete by June 22, 2018. The selling price will be used to satisfy by part of the credit provided by Stefanel to Leggenda.
