Stelco Holdings Inc. (TSX:STLC) announces a share repurchase program. Under the normal course issuer bid, the company will repurchase up to 3,344,684 shares, representing 6.07% of its issued share capital. The shares purchased under the bid will be cancelled.
The bid will expire on February 27, 2025, or such earlier date as the company may complete its purchases. As of February 21, 2024, the company had 55,128,694 common shares issued and outstanding.
