Its properties include Courcy property, Mercator property, Joubert property, Trieste property and Ilnu property. The Courcy property comprises a total of 163 claims covering an area of 85 square kilometers (km2) located less than 100 kilometers (km) west of Fermont, Quebec. The Mercator property is located 76 km north-east from Courcy property. The property consists of a group of 1095 claims and totaling 561 km2. The Joubert property consists of 103 claims and covers an area of 55 km2. It is located 55 km north-east of the Renard diamond mine, which is accessible by Road 167, at the eastern contact of the Opinaca and La Grande sub provinces. The Trieste property consists of 14 claims having an area of 30 km2. The Ilnu property is located 70 km from Courcy property.
