The Company is engaged in the manufacture and retail of a suite of kitchen and home solutions under the brand names Pigeon, Gilma and BLACK+DECKER. The Company operates through the Kitchen and Home Appliances segment. It is also engaged primarily in the business of the manufacture of pressure cookers, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) stoves, non-stick cookware, and trading of other kitchen and electrical appliances. It provides post-sales services in relation to a range of products, such as blenders and juicers, breakfast appliances, small cooking appliances and small domestic appliances. Its kitchen solutions include emergency lamps, water bottles, flasks, aluminum ladders, mops and storage boxes. The Company has a separate distribution spread across 10 states for Black+Decker. The Company has two manufacturing facilities in Bengaluru, Karnataka and Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
