Strategic Internet Investments, Incorporated (OTCPK:SIII) entered into sale and purchase agreement to acquire Akcenter Outlet and Shopping Center, Ankara from ARIS Foreign Trade and Construction and Muzaffer Mithat Ataman for $66 million on November 3, 2014. The consideration will be paid by issuing convertible debenture securities.
