Sprinkle AB agreed to acquire Stockholm IT Ventures AB in a reverse merger transaction.

Sprinkle AB agreed to acquire Stockholm IT Ventures AB (publ) (XTRA:SVAB) in a reverse merger transaction on April 26, 2019. Under the terms of the transaction, Stockholm IT Ventures will issue its 680 million shares to Sprinkle. The transfer of the shares is supposed to be done in two steps.

The transaction is expected to close within the next weeks.
