Stockholm IT Ventures AB (XTRA:TRIG) agreed in principle to acquire Blockchain Trade Technologies Limited on May 29, 2017. The parties will reach an agreement within the next few days. Edward Pfeiffenberger and Edward Pfeiffenberger of Concord Capital AG acted as an advisor for Stockholm IT Ventures.
