For the half year, the company announced sales was TWD 180.240 million compared to TWD 208.303 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 7.927 million compared to TWD 15.994 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 8.019 million compared to TWD 15.672 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.59 compared to TWD 1.15 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.59 compared to TWD 1.14 a year ago.
Study King Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in education-related digital products and services. The main business includes the four main spindles of intelligent learning system for further education, one-to-one digital tutoring, interactive English for children, and consulting services for further education. The Wanshitong Smart Learning System uses a mobile platform (computer, mobile phone, tablet) to learn courses without Internet connection, and supports Windows, Android, and iOS systems. The company is also engaged in printing, book publishing, telecommunications equipment retail, investment consulting, and intermediary services. The main products are primary and middle school textbooks, and the sales market is mainly based in Taiwan.
