Findel plc Appoints Stuart Caldwell as Chief Financial Officer and to its Board

Findel plc announced the appointment of Stuart Caldwell as group chief financial officer (CFO) with immediate effect. Stuart has held the position of Acting CFO since April 2017, prior to which he was group financial controller. As part of this announcement, Stuart will be appointed to the Findel plc Board.
