COMPLETION OF PLACING OF CONVERTIBLE BONDS

Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 16 July 2020 in relation to the Placing of the Convertible Bonds (the ''Placing Announcement'') and the announcement of the Company dated 21 July 2020 in relation to the supplemental information about, among others, the Placing of the Convertible Bonds (the ''Supplemental Announcement'', together with the Placing Announcement as the ''Announcements''). Unless the context requires otherwise, capitalised terms used herein shall bear the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Company is pleased to announce that completion of the Placing has taken place on 10 August 2020 and the Convertible Bonds in the principal amount of HK$23,000,000 have been issued to not less than six independent Placees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Placing Agreement.
