CONNEXX SYSTEMS Corporation announced that it has entered into the business alliance agreement for the gross proceeds of ¥575 million on November 18, 2022. The transaction included participation from NEC Networks & System Integration Corporation and Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd.
Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based real estate company. The Company operates in four business segments. The Real Estate Revitalization segment is engaged in the re-planning business, including the remodeling of commercial properties; the building leasing business, as well as the real estate securitization business and the asset management business. The Brokerage segment offers sales brokerage services for commercial buildings and condominiums, and leasing brokerage services for offices and stores. The Property Management segment is involved in the operation of general properties management businesses, and the provision of cleaning, security and maintenance services. The Others segment is engaged in the construction planning business, such as the renovation planning, repair and renovation of commercial real estate, offices and condominiums, as well as the delinquent rent guarantee business. On September 9, 2014, it sold a building in Tokyo.
