SUPPLEMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT RELATING TO

THE APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

AND MEMBER OF BOARD COMMITTEE

Reference is made to the announcement of SunCorp Technologies Limited (the "Company") relating the appointment of Ms. Huang Zhi ("Ms. Huang") as an independent non- executive Director and a member of Audit Committee with effect from 31 March 2021 (the "Announcement"). Unless otherwise, specified, capitalized terms used herein have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company herewith provides the following information of Ms. Huang as required pursuant to Rule 13.51(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited:

Ms. Huang is entitled to receive a director's fee of HK$60,000 per annum which was determined by the remuneration committee of the Company with reference to her duties and responsibility in the Company and the market benchmark.
