Wang Mingwang agreed to acquire 5.4% stake in Shenzhen Pengding Chuangying Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. from Sunwoda Electronic Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300207) for CNY 76.8 million on August 26, 2021. Shenzhen Pengding Chuangying Financial Information Service Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 3.769 billion and net assets of CNY 1.434 billion as of June 30, 2021. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Sunwoda Electronic Co.,Ltd.
