Beijing Guangtong Da Software Co., Ltd. announced that it has received CNY 200 million in a Pre-IPO round of funding led by CCB International Asset Management Ltd. on December 25, 2020. The transaction also included participation from Sunyard Technology Co.,Ltd (SHSE:600571) and other four institutions.
Sunyard Technology Co Ltd, formerly Sunyard System Engineering Co Ltd, is mainly engaged in the information technology (IT) and environmental protection business. The Company is involved in the sales of self-developed software, provision of system maintenance service, sales of hardware products, provision of software service and sales of environmental protection products, as well as others. Its products and services can be divided into financial software, finance equipment, financial services, financial consulting and environmental protection products. The Company distributes its products in domestic and to overseas markets.
