The extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Super Borovetz Property Fund REIT dated 15 March 2023 has passed the following resolution:
- Authorisation of the persons who manage and represent the company to conclude a deal under Art. 114 (1) of the POSA for the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Mursalitsa Hotel, UIC 204373059, on condition that no interested or affiliated persons with Super Borovetz Property Fund REIT will participate in the transaction, at a total price not exceeding BGN 18,900,000
