Supra Pacific Management Consultancy Limited announced a private placement of 6,263,461 equity shares at a price of INR 26 per share for gross proceeds of INR 162,849,986 on January 1, 2024. The shares will be issued on preferential basis. The transaction includes participation from a group of individual investors.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company. The transaction is subject to the approval of the members of the company and such regulatory/ statutory authorities as may be applicable.
