Sureserve : Everwarm are working with Loreburn Housing Association

Everwarm has been awarded work as part of Loreburn Housing Association's delivery of energy efficiency improvements to a number of properties in the Dalbeattie area of Scotland.

Everwarm will be tasked with the removal of existing low efficiency electrical heating systems, and replacement with new A rated gas fuelled heating systems. To ensure this programme gets off to the best start, and the community are positively engaged from the outset, Everwarm have already held a tenant information day.

Feedback from those attending was very positive and Everwarm said it looks forward to working with Loreburn Housing Association and the Woodside Court community to help increase affordable warmth for the long term.

Deborah Skelton, Everwarm business development manager, said: 'We recently held a tenant open day in Dalbeattie to encourage residents to come along, meet the team and ask any questions they may have. Experience has taught us that open and transparent communication is the key to positive resident engagement and this is something we're invested in continuing throughout this contract and indeed all contracts we undertake.'
