Belluscura PLC - medical device developer focused on lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology - Proposes placing an subscription to raise GBP3.0 million via issuing 12.0 million new ordinary shares at 25 pence per share. Says net proceeds will be mainly used for working capital an to finalise the development of its portable oxygen concentrator DISCOV-R. Further, aims to raise additional GBP500,000 via issuing 2.0 million shares at 25p per retail offer share.

Beowulf Mining PLC - Sweden, Finland and Kosovo-focused mining company - Retracts number of mineralisation areas for Kallak, Sweden, which it had reported in February. Says reported mineralisation areas should be disregarded. "The company wishes to emphasise that no new studies have been carried out and that this explanatory communication should be seen as a clarification according to industry standards," it says.

New Energy One Acquisition Corp PLC - UK special purpose acquisition company - Proposes acquisition to extend deadline for plan to seek a business merger to March 15 next year, for which it needs shareholder approval. It was due to run out on June 16. Adds it has signed a non-binding letter of intent regarding a carbon, capture, utilisation and storage opportunity.

Ocean Harvest Technology Group PLC - Theale, England-headquartered producer of seaweed ingredients for animal feed - Chief Financial Officer Adrian Crockett intends to leave company on June 9. Company appoints Andy Cox as interim CFO for a period of 9 months. Says continues to trade in line with own expectations and is on track to deliver "substantial" growth in 2023. Ocean Harvest says it will release a trading update in July.

Resolute Mining Ltd - Perth, Australia-based gold miner, developer, and explorer with more than 30 years of experience across Australia and Africa - At annual general meeting, 27% of shares cast vote against the re-election of Mark Potts as director, while 24% cast vote against re-electing Sabina Shugg as director. 37% of shares cast vote against approving the special issue of performance rights to Chief Executive Officer Terence Holohan.

Sureserve Group PLC - Basildon, Essex-based compliance and energy services provider - Slater Investments Ltd now holds 15% of Sureserve shares after disposal of shares. Slater plans to vote in favour of the planned Sureserve takeover by Cap10 4Netzero Bidco Ltd, a company owned by Cap10 Partners LLP.

Tintra PLC - London-based artificial intelligence-led bank - Says is in process of resubmitting a revised application regarding small bank licence relating to an application by its subsidiary, Tintra Money Ltd, to become an authorised electronic money institution. Expects to resubmit the revised application by the end of the month.

Topps Tiles PLC - Leicestershire-based retailer - Incoming Topps Tiles chair Paul Forman buys 140,000 shares at 55 pence each. Forman will join the board in July and become chair in October, replacing current Chair Darren Shapland.
