Huizhou Weibo Precision Technology Co., Ltd announced a private placement of shares for gross proceeds of CNY 457,429,977.54 with returning investor Suzhou Anjie Technology Co., Ltd (SZSE:002635) on September 12, 2017. Post the closing the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 150,000,000 to CNY 607,429,977.54. The transaction has been approved in the 3rd directorate’s 16th meeting of the investor. The transaction is not subject to shareholders approval. The company reported total assets of CNY 912,706,800, total liabilities of CNY 517,036,300, net assets of CNY 395,670,500, revenue of CNY 1,052,846,500, and net profit of CNY 206,089,300 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
