Zhonghao Xinying (Hangzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a capital increase share transfer agreement to receive CNY 110 million in an equity round of funding on April 9, 2023. The transaction will include participation from returning investor, from new investor Suzhou Kingswood Education Technology Co., Ltd. Through the transaction, the company's registered capital will increase from CNY 8,998,806 to CNY 9,681,474. Out of Suzhou Kingswood Education Technology Co., Ltd. investment of CNY 110 million, CNY 682,668 will be included in the registered capital to hold CNY 811,221 registered capital for 8.3791% stake.
On May 5, 2023, the company completed the change of business registration of its capital increase.
