Suzuken Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") announced today that it conducted purchasing for the acquisition of treasury shares announced yesterday (November 8, 2016). The Company also announced that this has completed the acquisition of treasury shares in accordance with a resolution adopted by a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 4, 2016.
