SemiFive announced a round of funding for gross proceeds of KRW 67,500,000,000 on April 3, 2023. The transaction will include participation from Korea Development Bank, Investment Arm, Doosan Corporation and returning investor, Korea Investment Partners Co. Ltd. The round is being raised at a post-money valuation of KRW 457,500,000,000.
On the same date, the company received KRW 6,500,000,000 in its first tranche closing. The transaction included participation from Shinhan Investment & Securities Co., Ltd., Zephyrus Lab and SV Investment Corporation.
SV INVESTMENT CORPORATION is a Korea-based venture capital (VC) firm engaged in the investment in small to medium enterprises (SMEs).
