On June 24, 2020, Swedencare AB (publ) closed the transaction. The company issued 1,500,000 common at a price of SEK 88.80 per shares for gross proceeds of SEK 133,200,000. The transaction included participation from Swedbank Robur Fonder AB, Lannebo Fonder AB, Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG, Svenska Handelsbanken AB (publ), and Consensus Asset Management AB.
