The Board of Directors of Synergy Grid & Development Phils., Inc. approved on March 8, 2023 the declaration of cash dividends of PHP 0.1737 for the first quarter of 2023 from the Company's unrestricted retained earnings with record date on March 23, 2023 and payment date on April 13, 2023.
