SYoung Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300740) signed an agreement to acquire 90% stake in Evidens De Beaute from Charles-Edouard Barthes for €49.5 million on July 18, 2022. Charles-Edouard Barthes, founder and chief executive officer of EviDenS de Beauté, will remain a shareholder and the company will retain its independence and current team.Last year Evidens de Beaute´ made a net profit of 5.2 million euros on revenue of 19.7 million euros.
SYoung Group Co Ltd, formerly Yujiahui Co Ltd, is a China-based company which is principally engaged in research and development, manufacture and sales of skin care products, including facial masks. The Companyâs main products include facial masks, lotions and creams and others, such as paste masks, non-stick masks, facial lotions, cosmetic milks, creams and others.
