System Support Inc. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in solution business, outsourcing business, and product business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Solution segment is engaged in the provision of consulting, design and development of the system, the construction of infrastructure such as databases and networks, as well as the use and introduction support service of the cloud service. The Outsourcing segment is engaged in provision of education service, operation and maintenance of helpdesk, as well as data entry (input) service to user companies regarding system after providing data center service and solution service such as hosting and housing. The Product segment is engaged in development and sale of packaged software, the provision of customized development services according to the usage of customer companies.
