T.RAD Co., Ltd. (TSE:7236) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 282,800 shares, representing 3.73% of the outstanding shares, at ¥1,780 per share for ¥503.38 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of June 30, 2019, the company had 7,585,890 shares outstanding and 758,515 shares in treasury.
