São Paulo, March 24^th,2022 - T4F Entretenimento S.A. (B3: SHOW3) discloses its 4Q21 results.

2021 Highlights

• Gross cash balance of R$ 229 million and net cash balance of R$ 96 million, respectively +13% and +67% higher than 4Q20;
• Adjusted EBITDA of R$ 3.1 million, better than 4Q19 and 4Q20 by 17% and 130%, respectively;
• Resumption of operations at Renault Theatre, rented to the musical "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory";
• Reopening of sales to Lollapalooza 2022 with strong demand for the remaining tickets;
  
• Beginning of the musical "The Addams Family" production, that premiered in March 2022.
