T4F announces disposal of shareholdings in Vicar
São Paulo, September 2nd, 2020 - T4F Entretenimento S.A. ('T4F' or 'Time For Fun' or 'Company')(B3: SHOW3) announces disposal of shareholdings in Vicar Promoções Desportivas S.A. ('Vicar'), responsible for the promotion and organization of Stock Car and Stock Car Light car races, under T4F control since 2006.
For over 40 years, Stock Car, inspired by NASCAR racings, is one of the most important categories of brazilian races, also with Stock Car Light which is the category of acess to Stock Car.
This transaction is aligned to the Company's strategic planning in order to increase its efforts to the promotion of major music festivals and live concerts, as well as family events and theater. The resources coming from the disposal of shareholdings will reforce T4F cash position and will be used in the digitalisation process and consolidation in the Market.
Vicar was acquired by Veloci Investimentos, controlled by United Partners fund, with sufficient capital and financial strenght to keep promoting Stock Car at high level, developing new projects to estimulate the brazilian auto races as a whole.
