Taaleri Plc cancels repurchased shares

Taaleri Plc has, in line with the decision by the Board of Directors, cancelled 154,367 own shares of the company. The cancellation has been recorded with the Finnish Trade Register on 27 March 2024.

Prior to the cancellation of the own shares, there were in total 28,350,620 shares, and Taaleri held 154,367 own shares. The cancellation reduces the number of issued shares with the corresponding amount but has no effect on the share capital. The amount of cancelled shares corresponds to 0.54% of the total amount of Taaleri shares before cancellation.

109,367 of cancelled shares were repurchased under the share repurchase program, which was announced on 19 December 2023. Before the share repurchase program, Taaleri held 45,000 own shares. After the cancellation, Taaleri holds 0 own shares.

After the cancellation, the total number of the Taaleri shares is 28,196,253. Cancellation of the shares do not affect the number of the voting rights.
