Payment of interest of the 2nd issuance of Janaúba's debentures
Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S.A. ("Taesa" or "Company") hereby informs the holders of the 2nd debentures issuance of Janaúba Transmissora de Energia Elétrica S.A. ("Janaúba") of simple, all nominative, book-entry, non-convertible,with real guarantee and additional fidejussory guarantee, issued on December 15, 2019, that it will pay interest on December 15, 2022, in the total amount of R$ 19,176,993.29, as follows:
