Taiflex Scientific Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 8,766.318 million compared to TWD 7,583.654 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,042.885 million compared to TWD 740.787 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 772.859 million compared to TWD 630.681 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.7 compared to TWD 3.02 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 3.67 compared to TWD 3 a year ago.
Taiflex Scientific Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of flexible copper clad laminates (FCCLs), cover layers (CLs) and back sheets of photovoltaic (PV). Its CLs are applied in the protection of copper clad circuit boards from oxidation. Its FCCLs are applied in notebook computers, mobile phones, calculators, digital versatile disk (DVD) players, integrated circuit (IC) substrates and liquid crystal display (LCD) monitors. Its solar module back sheets are principally applied in the protection of solar cell modules. The Company distributes its products primarily in Taiwan and Mainland China.
