On September 6, 2023, the Fair Trade Commission (FTC) decided, in its committee meeting, that Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd. (the Company) and Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. jointly ceasing to offer voice call bonuses constitutes a concerted action. As a result, FTC imposed an administrative fine of TWD 36 million on the Company.
