The Board approved TWM's and its subsidiaries' 2022 capex, totaling
NT$11.228bn, of which NT$3.86bn goes to e-commerce and the rest are for
mobile network, fixed network, cable broadband, and digital TV services.
Actual cash payments will be subject to the completion of the network
deployment and system provisioning.
