10, 2022, the Company issued a public announcement to clarify media
covering regarding the ex-chairperson of the Company on March 8, 2022.
The news report alleged that Lin, Chin-Yen violated the Securities and
Exchange Act during her tenure as the chairperson of the Company and its
subsidiary, Tailin Investment Company Limited. On February 25, 2022,
the Taiwan Taipei District Prosecutor's Office confirmed that it would
not proceed with further prosecution. Furthermore, on April 1, 2022,
Taiwan High Prosecutors Office had dismissed the ex officio
reconsideration of the ruling submitted by Taiwan Taipei District
Prosecutor's Office. Such is the confirmation that the prosecutors
office shall not pursue further prosecution. The dismissal also confirms
that Lin, Chin-Yen had not violated the Securities and Exchange Act
during her tenure as the chairperson of the Company and its subsidiary,
Tailin Investment Company Limited, as alleged by the media covering.
In other words, after the investigation of the prosecutors office,
the innocence of Ms. Lin, Chin-Yen has been restored.

be unaware that the case has concluded, the Company therefore, issues
a public announcement to disclose the material information on Market
Observation Post System so as to protect the investor interests.
