Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire Baise Nengyu New Energy Co., Ltd. from Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600169) for CNY 1.5 billion on November 13, 2023. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors and shareholders of Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.
Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of Baise Nengyu New Energy Co., Ltd. from Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600169) on December 20, 2023.
