Takamiya Co., Ltd. announced that the company will not be able to submit the Second Quarter Report for the 56th fiscal year (Fiscal Year Ended March 31, 2024) by November 14, 2023, which is the deadline for submission. In
conjunction with this, the company decided to postpone the announcement of the financial results for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2024, which was scheduled for November 9, 2023.
Takamiya Co., Ltd., formerly SRG TAKAMIYA CO., LTD., is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the development, production, sales and rental of temporary machinery and materials for construction use. The temporary materials of the Company include exterior scaffoldings, false work materials, hanging scaffoldings, forming materials, safety and curing materials, as well as temporary roof materials, among others. The Company operates in three segments. The Sales segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of machinery and materials for construction use. The Rental segment is engaged in the rental of machinery and materials for construction use.
