Tanabe Consulting Co.,Ltd. (TSE:9644) agreed to acquire 60% stake in Leading Solutions Co., Ltd. from Yoshimasa Nakada on October 9, 2019. Under the terms, Tanabe Consulting Co.,Ltd. will acquire 240 shares of Leading Solutions Co., Ltd. For the year ended March, 2019, Leading Solutions Co., Ltd. reported net assets of approximately CNY 110 million, total assets of approximately CNY 220 million, net sales of approximately CNY 400 million, operating income of CNY 45 million and net income of CNY 32 million. The transaction is expected to close on October 31, 2019.
