Jide Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 20,000,000 in an equity round of funding on November 17, 2020. The transaction will include participation from new investor Tansun Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300872). The company has signed an investment agreement with the investor. Post completion of the transaction, the investor will hold 5.0623% stake in the company. Pursuant to the transaction. the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 33,841,804 to CNY 35,646,315.

The Company focuses on bank-related system construction, including asset, risk management, credit card and retail finance, operation management and other business areas.
